By downloading or using Loopr, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
3up3down grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Loopr on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Loopr includes a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. The trial begins on the date of first launch. No payment is required to start the trial. After the trial period ends, a one-time purchase is required to continue using the app.
A one-time purchase of $4.99 USD unlocks Loopr permanently on all devices associated with your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase confirmation. This is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges. Pricing may vary by region based on Apple's App Store pricing tiers.
If you reinstall Loopr or use a new device, you can restore your purchase at no cost using the "Restore Purchase" option in the app. You must be signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
You agree to use Loopr only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Loopr requires camera access to function. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to record any individuals using the app. All video is stored locally on your device. 3up3down has no access to any content you capture.
Loopr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. 3up3down does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects. Use of the app is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3up3down shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Loopr.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version will always be available at this URL.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
